By visiting or purchasing from AviationBoost.com, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 2. Online Store and Products (On-Demand Apparel)

A. Products

  • Made-to-Order: Our products (apparel, accessories, etc.) are manufactured On-Demand. This means production begins only after your order is placed and verified.

  • Availability and Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

B. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

A. Delivery Times

Since we are an On-Demand apparel store, delivery time is divided into:

  1. Production Time: The time it takes to manufacture the item (typically 3 to 7 business days).

  2. Shipping Time: The transit time after the item is produced and dispatched.

B. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. shipping point). We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Defects

Our refund and return policy is governed by our specific Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  • In summary: We only accept returns and issue refunds for manufacturing defects or errors in the shipment of the item (wrong size/design sent). Returns due to buyer's remorse or sizing issues (if the requested size was shipped) are not accepted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of AviationBoost.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or exploit any content from the site.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • To violate any local, state, national, or international regulation.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
